Welcome Beach Grove Elementary Families to the Parent-Teacher Committee Portal!

Each year this system must be reset to help protect the privacy of those using the system. Therefore, even if you previously had a profile set up for ordering, you will be required to create a new log in and password. By registering here we will be able to be in contact via email to advise you if we are able to restart the Fun Lunch program and to let you know about any PAC activities, events and news.

Instructions are as follows:

Access Code: BGHL

Register as a Parent or a Guest (a friend of a Beach Grove student)

• Click on "Click Here to Register".  
• Enter the Access code into the system and follow the instructions.
• Click on the "Register Now" button.
• After you register, you can log back in using the userID and password you choose.  The email address you provide will be used to send you a confirmation of your registration.  

If you are a parent, enter Child's/all Children's information into the system

• Once you log in with the userID and password you created, click on "Students" button from the top navigation under orders. Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends Beach Grove School.
• The system will automatically fill in their last name, but please edit this if their last name is not the same as your own.

If you are a guest, simply follow the registration details and once you log back in click on ORDERS at the top of the page. 

Enter the orders for your Child/Children

• Click on "Orders" and proceed to enter orders for your child/children.  
• When ordering items or make a donation, select each one that you want to order and then scroll down to check out.  

Pay using PayPal

• After entering all your orders, select "Pay Now With PayPal" or "Pay as a Guest".
• If you are unable to paying online, please write a cheque payable to: Beach Grove PAC and include the order number on the memo line.  Cheques can be placed in the Fun Lunch envelope on the front of Mrs. Adam's desk in the school office.  

Frequently Asked Questions

I have lost my Username and Password?  
Click the "Forgot Password" Menu tab in the upper right corner, above the Login box.

How do I pay for my order?  
You may use an existing PayPal account or use PayPal as a guest as a one-time transaction - pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or E-transfer.  Please note we will not be accepting cash.  Please write a cheque payable to: Beach Grove PAC and include the order number on the memo line.  Cheques can be placed in the Fun Lunch envelope on the front of Mrs. Adam's desk in the school office.
